I cant believe it has been 10 years since we started this impossible garden at Buchanan School. It was a wet grassy area and we made it a haven for birds, bugs, trees and native plants. I remember the boys working very hard moving the grass that we cut with the sod cutter, and moving rocks and wood chips. Dan put in the patio with help from Mike and our kids. We have moved rocks and lots of soil, planted seeds and seedlings, pulled weeds, planned GardenFests and taken lots of pictures. I am so glad it has been loved for so long. Here is to many more years of garden shepherding.
