Not only does Michelle at the SuperSlow of Northville help me lift weights and stay fit, she also often gives me a little sampling of vegetarian food. She has a knack of being able to balance flavors in a light marinade. The one on top has wonderful broccoli in julienne strips. The meal on the bottom had a touch of garlic and wonderful white beans that added texture and protein to my lunch. How lucky I am to have Michelle as a friend and inspiration in my life.
