Lemon Sponge Cake---Bizcocho de Yogur

Sandra taught me to make this Spanish sponge cake....she is from Malaga.  The cake was very easy to make, you can make it with a spoon...no mixer necessary.  I put a lemon glaze on top. It tastes even better with fruit and whipped cream on top.
