My friends truly are angels. Thanks to Donna, Darlene. Ken and Sherri for meeting with me today to brainstorm possibilities in my life! It is amazing how our friends can see so clearly many things about our lives. I learned so many things! I will keep you posted on what I decide to do...........This is a chamomile flower taken in my backyard last summer, it makes a great tea. Just dry out the heads of the flower and keep in a paper bag. Let about a teaspoon steep in hot water. I use this tea when I cannot sleep and it has helped my kids too. First you have to TRUST and BELIEVE!
