I love beets! Michelle sent me this salad recipe. She eats so well! I put my beet seeds in the ground a couple of weeks ago. In a couple of months I will be making salad! This salad has some of my favorite things......capers, toasted pine nuts, and Parmesan. Also, the beet greens are great sauteed with butter and garlic. Enjoy!

Beets, Beets, Beets
I love beets! Michelle sent me this salad recipe. She eats so well! I put my beet seeds in the ground a couple of weeks ago. In a couple of months I will be making salad! This salad has some of my favorite things......capers, toasted pine nuts, and Parmesan. Also, the beet greens are great sauteed with butter and garlic. Enjoy!
