Sauerkraut done!

Now this was fun and easy!  Made my first head of cabbage made into sauerkraut. I tried it today and it was fantastic!  It is now sour after 4 days.  I am going to the Garden City Farm market Wednesday to get more cabbage so I can have this all winter.  I took it out of the crock and put into jars so I can make some more.  One cabbage and 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt...that is all it is!
