We had a great dinner Friday in Louisville, KY at the restaurant "Proof on Main." We had an appetizer called a charcuterie, that was made of various cheeses and meats. Loved the liver pate and the duck especially. We had cotton candy for dessert...imagine that! The hotel had a great art museum that was full of interactive art. For dessert I also had a hot chocolate that was infused with cayenne pepper. What an experience!
