Collecting photos for a charcuterie

We had a charcuterie in Kentucky a couple of weeks ago, and I want to do one this week.  Gathering ideas for it.  I will go to Cantoros for as much as I can. Will make my own liver pate. I also have a nice bottle of sweet white wine to serve with it.  Any ideas?  Any sucesses?
