New Rule, Money Grows on Trees

I have been pondering how to make money grow on my trees. Made a new rule today....I never want to be paid by the hour!  Imagine if someone told Picasso that he would be paid by the hour.  As he matured he made art even quicker and was paid even more.  It was the value of each piece.  Do you have any tips?
