Basil Pesto on Noodles

I had a big harvest today in the garden.  Lots of basil!  I made a pesto of basil, toasted pecans, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.  It is easy to whip up a little batch in the food processor.  I made pasta with sauteed peppers, rhubarb chard, carrots, celery, onions, green beans  and pea pods. The pesto was fabulous as a dollop on top. The garden makes me feel so lucky!
