We had Michigan strawberries, fried bananas, maple sausage, Georgia peaches, cheese, vanilla-pear jam, plum jam, a bit of sushi, juice, coffee and wine. We dipped the flowers in pancake batter and deep fried them. I ran out of powder sugar so I put sugar in the Vitamix to make my own to sprinkle on top of the flower pancakes.
