Garden Today: Butterfly, Lobelia, Jasmine, Cucumber

Butterfly on the Joe Pye Weed, that kind of sounds poetic.  I like this photo.  The butterfly looks busy.  I love the speckled body.

 In the backyard.  The wild sunflowers are doing very well. They love to spread, and can take over the whole backyard if they want.

Lots of trellises for the beans. I lots of kinds of squashes and cukes.  They are doing well with with the heat dome.

Got a flower on the garlic. I guess it must be done growing.  Maybe I will have a party to serve it.  Poppy always has a good time in the backyard.
Jasmine is very happy. This is the 4th year for this plant.  The blue lobelia is happy and finally spreading a bit.
