Garden Today: sweet peas and roasted tomato

 Beginning our walk to the garden.  The Sweet Peas started blooming this week.  I started with 3 seeds last year and I had lots of seed for this year.  Gave tons away for Christmas.
I roasted tomatoes today and yesterday.  A great way to keep a bunch of tomatoes in a small space.  I just cut 3 slices from each tomato and put them flat on a cookie sheet. Then I brushed them with oil and sprinkled with salt and rosemary. I baked them at 350 degrees for about an hour and a half.  Awesome!  Now I can freeze them in a smaller container.
