Good Food for the Holidays...Kale, Pumpkin and Phyllo

Love the kale chips, 325 degrees after tossing in a tablespoon of oil and a couple of dashes with salt.  Then I made phyllo dough and them!

The Pumpkin pie with ginger snap crust was a big hit.  Bonus: got pumpkin seeds too.

 Made these little placecards 12 years ago.....Linda still uses them.
 Enjoy every bite!
