Found the free download for the program Pixlr-o-matic. It does 3 things.....color change, special effects and borders. It makes photos you have in your computer already look like you took them in Instagram...but even more choices. Love it! Very easy to figure out too. I love little Cynthia at the little piano.
These last 3 photos are from Instagram and were taken in my garden this week.
