White Sulfur Butterfly on a New England Aster

The last month in the garden.  The asters are the brightest thing going this time of year.  I love that they peak so late!

Beautiful flowers and butterfly Laura dear. I tried to photograph a bee on a hawthorne flower but it flew away, perhaps butterflies stay in one spot for a longer time?
